• So what even is this?

    Forever Weekends is an innately planned experience to celebrate the love and pending marriage of Wesley Connolly and Katherine Dockery. They intend to legally marry in May in the Cayman Islands with just their immediate family, so this weekend provides them the opportunity to bring together their close friends and family to celebrate their marriage how they wanted to with them. Without any parental supervision!

     

    Where and When?

    Forever Weekends Festival & Union will be held over the weekend of April 10th-13th 2025. All events will be at Casa Tau (aka Casa de Connolly) in Punta Mita, MX.

     

    How do I get access?

    A 50% Initial Deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance as a second deposit is required by March 1st to secure your full access wristband for the weekend.

     

    Why is it so expensive?

    Forever Weekends Festival & Union is being held within the premier gated community of Punta Mita at a luxury 5 Star resort that is exclusive to paid attendees. There are 20 staff on property providing every service you can imagine. The cost to attend includes your accommodations, staff charge, required tax, prepaid tip, chef prepared meals & bartender made drinks. The organizers negotiated the price as best as they could and are taking responsibility for additional costs not included in pricing but ultimately this is a luxury experience. Think exclusive access to a boutique hotel with all the amenities that a 5 Star hotel offers.

     

    What else is included?

    While the organizers have done their best to organize and budget for the entire weekend, any additional excursions or services requested will be the responsibility of the guest. The staff is on call to answer and deliver on any of your specific requests or needs but please be mindful of the additional cost that is not currently budgeted for within the event and included with your ticket. While guests are free to do as they like, we kindly ask you notify the organizers of any additional service charges and be prepared to provide compensation accordingly.

     

    Who all is coming? 

    Approximately thirty individuals will be attending Forever Weekends. Each guest has made a meaningful impact on the organizers lives and were specifically granted an invitation to join in the celebration and festivities. While most guests will have previous experience with each other, all attendees fit seamlessly within the parameters of the weekend.

  • What’s this about a festival?

    The organizers have brought together a very talented lineup of artists and DJs to provide music on property for the entire weekend. There will be scheduled set times with Friday being the main festival day. Additionally, they have hired Driver Productions to lead stage, sound and lighting design to facilitate a fully immersive music festival experience. Silent Disco will be available for after hours.

     

    Any DJ’s I’ve heard of?

    Collectively the artist lineup has performed at many of the world’s most famous festivals and venues including the Do Lab at Coachella, the Greek Theatre, Red Rocks, Outside Lands, Electric Forest, and Bonnaroo. Well, one has (shoutout Mindchatter). The rest are decently well-known within the local Sandbar, Palmilla and Time music venues in Orange County. All promise to provide excellent music for the weekend treating your ears to sounds both familiar and never before heard.

     

    Can I get on the decks?

    We will contact you in regard to scheduled set times. Otherwise, there will be plenty of open decks opportunity.

  • What about the bachelor/bachelorette party?

    There will be dedicated time for segmentation for the bachelor and bachelorette parties. Specific plans will be directed by the bride and groom representatives.

     

    There’s going to be a wedding to?

    The organizers will be proceeding with a mock wedding ceremony on Saturday afternoon to make this weekend that much more special. This will be the main opportunity for all attendees to be included in the celebration of Kate & Wesley’s union.

     

    What’s the dress code for the weekend?

    Resort Casual. It would not be unreasonable to be wearing a bathing suit all weekend long. The accommodations include a pool and jacuzzi with direct beach and ocean access. We ask that all attendees look presentable but most importantly be comfortable.

     

    What’s the schedule for the weekend?

    Daily schedules including festival set times, wedding events and meal times will be provided at a later date.

  • What’s on the food menu?

    The organizers are working directly with the chef to prepare scheduled meals every day that derive inspiration from the surroundings and focus on family style Mexican food. All meals will be healthy and delicious. While specific meals and times will be confirmed, typically a big brunch will be served in the Palapa around 10 am every day and an early dinner will be served around 4 pm or so. The chef will be on site to prepare any snacks that may be needed during the day or late night.

     

    What if I have dietary restrictions?

    Please don’t. But if necessary and serious, kindly please let the organizers know as soon as possible.

     

    What about specialty drinks?

    There will be tequila and beer. A lot of it. Additional fresh juices and chasers will be available for the bartender to prepare associated cocktails.

  • What else can I bring?

    As long as you bring good vibes, not much more is needed. You will be contacted if there is anything you can bring or assist with specifically.

     

    Any house rules?

    1)        HAVE A GREAT TIME!

    2)        Please be safe! Watch out for each other. Buddy System at all times.

    3)        Please be discrete with any extra curriculars. Don’t leave anything out in the open!

    4)        Noise Ordinance after 10pm. The seriousness of this ordinance is TBD but please be mindful of other attendees who may want to get their beauty sleep.

     

    Are there in and out privileges?

    All attendees with a valid wristband may leave the festival ground and return but all scheduled events and meals will be occurring on property.

     

    Can I invite other people?

    This is a strict invite only affair. Guest list only. Wristbands required.

     

    What about a wedding gift?

    While kind to ask, your presence at this weekend is truly a huge gift in itself. This weekend would simply not be occurring without you attending! The organizers respectfully decline any additional gifts but will gladly accept hugs, toasts/speeches and forever friendship.

  • Where should I fly into?

    The most accessible airport is Puerto Vallarta, approximately 1 hour away.

    How do I get to the house?

    Group transportation options will be made available to the best of the organizers ability, depending on your arrival time. Kindly please provide the organizers with your flight information. More details forthcoming.

    Do I get to pick my room?

    Room allocations will be posted at a later date. The organizers are doing their best to puzzle piece together the rooms with a specific intent to put individuals in close proximity with other guests they know well.  While every room should be amazing, we ask for your understanding and grace in the room selection. Also it’s not like you’re going to be in your room much or getting a lot of sleep anyways.
